Have tried several times to access SR Moyra Dunn interview. Was directed to click on a link at the top of the inspirationaltv homepage; have clicked on everything clickable but no Sr Moyra.
Any suggestions?

RE: Upcoming Ministry Workshops, Retreats, Events & Formation Opportunities
If you’ve received this letter, its because in one way or another you’re connected with Youth & Young Adult Ministry around the Archdiocese – either in a voluntary or employed capacity. There are so many opportunities being offered by the diocese in both youth & young adult ministry, and ministry in general – opportunities for training and formation, opportunities for renewal and opportunities for fun – and we wanted to make sure you knew about them for yourself and for those you minister with and to. Please pass this information onto others who may benefit from it.
1. This coming Sunday 5 July, 3.30-4.30pm in the Chapel at St Patrick’s College, Silverstream we are hosting the Archdiocesan Grand Finale to the Pathways of St Paul. This initiative saw many Pastoral Areas creatively bringing Paul’s letters to life. This interactive Finale is for all ages, so please encourage your community to join Archbishop John in farewelling the Year of St Paul. Contact The ADW Youth & Young Adult Ministry Team for more info (04) 496 1731 or youth@wn.catholic.org.nz
2. Saturdays 18 July and 25 July, 9am-1pm – Liturgical Ministry Workshops
Connolly Hall, Thorndon.
18 July - Ministry of the Eucharist and Ministry of Hospitality
25 July - Ministry of Music and Ministry of Proclaimers of the Word.
Archdiocesan Pastoral Services (APS) and the Wellington Catholic Education Centre (WCEC) have brought together some of the gifted members of our Archdiocesan community to develop these workshops for all those involved or wanted to be involved in liturgical ministries, to retrain, refocus and be reinspired regardless of experience.
For more info or to register contact a.williams@wn.catholic.org.nz.
3. On 25-26 July, the Archdiocesan Marriage Education Office is running Celebrate Love at the Catholic Centre, Hill Street, Wellington. Are you in a solid, loving marriage and looking to advance your relationship? Join this weekend to learn some of the most up-to-date ideas and skills on offer and in the process, rediscover the joy of being a man and woman in love. For more info or to register contact Louise Kelleher (04) 496 1796 (www.celebratelove.co.nz)
4. On Saturday 8 August, 9am-12pm in Connolly Hall, we are running a Back to the Basics of Youth & Young Adult Ministry Training Workshop. From group dynamics, to drama, music, prayer, self-care and so much more, this morning is designed to inspire employed and volunteer youth and young adult ministers whether they’ve been in the ministry 5 minutes or 50 years. Contact The ADW Youth & Young Adult Ministry Team for more info (04) 496 1731 or youth@wn.catholic.org.nz
5. On Tuesday 18 August in the Lecture room at the Catholic Centre from 7.30-9pm APS are facilitating a workshop entitled ‘Parishes as Places of Safety’. This follows very helpful and successful workshops offered to parishes in the Auckland diocese several years ago. Contact Archdiocesan Pastoral Services for more info or to register a.williams@wn.catholic.org.nz
6. On 4-5 September and 18-19 September (participants must attend both weekends) the WCEC will be running YM102 – Introduction to Spirituality for Youth Ministers. The course is both nourishing and practical and would be ideal for those in either hands-on or support roles in Youth & Young Adult Ministry in your community. This course also builds towards the Certificate in Catholic Youth Ministry and costs $60. Contact WCEC on (04) 496 1718 or the ADW Youth & Young Adult Ministry Team for more info (04) 496 1731 or youth@wn.catholic.org.nz
7. On Saturday 5 September, 10am-4pm, Palmerston North’s Youth & Young Adult Ministry presents Real Life! Real Power! Youth Festival for all young people at the Convention Centre, 354 Main Street, Palmerston North. Head-lining the Festival is Jesse Manibusan, an international songwriter, singer and general funny man from the United States. Cost $30 (includes lunch). Contact Paul Skippen for more info (06) 354 1730 ext 884 or pskippen@pndiocese.org.nz.
8. The weekend of 11-13 September is the ADW’s Annual Young Adults Retreat. Coordinated by the Tertiary Chaplaincy, Marist Young Adult Ministry (MYAM) and ADW Youth & Young Adult Ministry teams, it’s an opportunity for young adults 18-35 years to simply get away for the weekend to reflect, renew and reenergise. Further details to follow.
9. On Tuesday 29 September in the Lecture Room at the Catholic Centre from 7.30-9pm APS are running a workshop on Conflict Management – one of the skills of Collaborative Ministry. Whenever you have people absolutely passionate about their faith, their ministries, the right way to go about things, you have the potential for conflict…. And it’s often very messy and very painful, but not dealing with it can spell the end of collaboration. This workshop would be very helpful to anybody in a leadership position (however small) in their parish or pastoral area, and examines the different methods of dealing with and managing conflict. Contact Archdiocesan Pastoral Services for more info or to register a.williams@wn.catholic.org.nz
10. On Tuesday 27 October from 7.30-9pm in the Lecture Room at the Catholic Centre APS are offering a workshop for parishes or Pastoral Areas wanting to set up a Bereavement Ministry for their community. This is a ministry working alongside the Parish Priest or Lay Pastoral Leader to care pastorally for families who have suffered a bereavement or a major loss in their lives. Contact Archdiocesan Pastoral Services for more info or to register a.williams@wn.catholic.org.nz
11. On Sunday 15 November, the Archdiocesan Leadership Formation Programme (LFP) begins its 12th year. For young adults aged 18-35, LFP is a forum to ask, explore, consider and discuss all things Catholic. Run weekly across two blocks – 15 November-6 December and 7 February-21 March (participants must attend both blocks). LFP is a great opportunity for young adults to explore what they believe and why they believe it. Contact The ADW Youth & Young Adult Ministry Team for more info (04) 496 1731 or youth@wn.catholic.org.nz
12. Momentum is already building for World Youth Day 2011 in Madrid, Spain. Supported by NZ’s national planning, the Archdiocese is preparing to take a diocesan group to Madrid (pilgrims will need to be 18+ at date of travel). This will be a great opportunity for young people from all over the Archdiocese to build a bigger sense of community while on pilgrimage. If you have potential pilgrims, please encourage them to start saving now as early indications suggest the costs for pilgrimage will be between $5500-$8000. Contact The ADW Youth & Young Adult Ministry Team for more info (04) 496 1731 or youth@wn.catholic.org.nz
